My Birkins are some of the things I would take from the house if it was burning down, so needless to say, I have a soft spot for things Hermes :) The quality of this brand is wonderful. I love that the brand is more understated and doesn't have logo overkill. My Birkins are total workhorse bags and still look wonderful with daily/regular use. Their silk scarves are amazing quality and there are designs to suit every personality. The only product issue I've had has been with their wallets (I've since switched to Chanel) - mine had problems after only about a year of use and I was told I was overstuffing it (not really true) and had the pleasure of spending almost $200 to fix the loose stiching and sealant. Sigh. Other classics are their enamel bracelets and fragrances are based with quality ingredients. I don't get their watches/jewelry, but I got that from my parents, who always said never to buy a watch from a design house... watches should come from watchmakers! I also do

Wow is the first thing that went through my head when I stepped into the store. No retail pressures, staff is more than willing to help you make an informed decision on your product of interest. Quality goods that will last a long time is what this company is about. Definitely worth going back.
